We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Akron. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to develop technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and assisting in project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects and engineers in developing construction plans and technical drawings
- Ensure all plans meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for drawings
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; familiarity with Revit is a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Akron, Ohio
