Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with senior designers to assist in the design and development of architectural projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level designer to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic architectural firm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers with creating architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts and solutions
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Participate in site visits and client meetings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create digital models and renderings
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $900 per month with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required.

Location: This position is based in Akron, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates who already have a valid biometric passport.
