Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire architectural process from concept design to construction completion.
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout projects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets and timelines.
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure they stay on track.
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback to ensure they meet building codes, regulations and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects on time within budget.
