Job Title: Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Akron. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project plans, budgets, and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of architectural projects in Akron
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Proven experience managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: $900 per month
