Experienced Fitter (Akron, USA)

We are in need of an experienced Fitter to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components according to plans and specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine assembly methods
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble components
- Ensure all components are properly aligned and secured
- Test completed assemblies for proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
