We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining various types of machines, such as lathes, mills, and grinders. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials. The salary for this position is $1200 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or schematics
- Follow instructions accurately to produce high-quality parts
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a machine operator
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC machines
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Forklift certification
