We are hiring a responsible and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. Your job duties will include inspecting vehicles for mechanical issues, planning routes, loading and unloading cargo, and keeping accurate records of deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Previous experience in truck driving and knowledge of safety regulations is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week. Accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods between locations
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
- Report any vehicle or cargo issues immediately to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening test
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Previous experience in truck driving preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols for commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with GPS systems and electronic logging devices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary
