Part-Time Floral Assistant



We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Assistant to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a part-time position, this role is perfect for students or anyone looking for flexible hours. No prior experience is required, but a passion for flowers and design is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and arrangement of floral designs
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Help with general shop upkeep, including cleaning and organizing
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Assist with deliveries as needed
- Learn about different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Attend training sessions to develop skills in floral design

Requirements:
- Must be able to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- A passion for flowers and willingness to learn about different varieties and design techniques

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
