Radio Technician



A reputable radio station in Akron is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing radio equipment, as well as ensuring the quality and clarity of our broadcasts. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician
- Knowledge of radio equipment and electronic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues
- Experience working with biometric passports preferred
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on radio equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues with radio transmitters, receivers, and other equipment
- Test and calibrate equipment to maintain quality broadcasts
- Install new equipment when needed
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend new technologies to improve operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in electronic systems or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of electronic principles and circuitry
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
