As a construction manager in our Akron-based company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your role will be vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction activities
- Oversee budget management and cost control measures
- Review and approve project drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for clients and upper management
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6
