Job Title: Contract Construction Manager - Akron, OH, USA

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects in Akron. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all phases of the construction process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budget and ensure all costs are within budget limits
- Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and laborers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and timelines
- Communicate progress updates to project stakeholders and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
