Job Title: Welder - Entry Level


We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Akron! As an Entry Level Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to weld and assemble metal parts to create structures, such as pipelines, bridges, and buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for candidates from any nationality. Previous experience is not required as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Use various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) to join metal parts together
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds for quality control purposes
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience working with metal fabrication or welding preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc)
- Familiarity with welding tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
