A reputable land surveying company in Akron is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing reports and maps, and providing accurate data to assist with land development projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month, including accommodation and a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise land surveys using various surveying tools and equipment
- Analyze data collected from field surveys and create detailed reports and maps
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey information for land development projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Keep up-to-date with new surveying techniques, equipment, and software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- 1+ years of experience in land surveying (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other mapping software is preferred
