Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide accurate measurements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other professionals

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners

- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy in project plans
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on survey progress
