We are in search of an experienced and skilled Gardener to join our team in Akron. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in gardening, preferably in a professional setting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our gardens and outdoor spaces. You must have a strong understanding of plant care, soil maintenance, pest control, and irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning garden layouts
- Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and shape
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Operating lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening equipment
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any issues or diseases
- Maintaining walkways, driveways, and other outdoor structures
- Cleaning up debris and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the garden

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Gardener
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques
- Understanding of soil maintenance methods
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
- Good physical fitness as this role involves manual labor
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
