Experienced Baker


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Akron. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Baker and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are made to company standards and recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Train and mentor junior bakers
- Collaborate with the team to create new recipes and menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial kitchen setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions closely
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
