Job Title: Head Baker

As the Head Baker for our bustling bakery in Akron, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our delicious baked goods and leading a team of skilled bakers. This is a full-time position that requires a passion for baking and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all aspects of the bakery operations, including production, inventory, and quality control
- Create new and innovative recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
- Train and supervise a team of bakers to ensure consistency in product quality and efficient production
- Oversee ordering and receiving of ingredients to maintain adequate inventory levels
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional baker, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Passion for baking with knowledge of various techniques and recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport required for all nationalities

Salary: $1100 per month
