Are you a skilled Handyman looking for a new opportunity in Akron? Our company is seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Handyman. As a Handyman, your primary responsibility will be to assist with various maintenance and repair tasks at our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues and make necessary repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Install fixtures, furniture, and appliances as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces
- Adhere to safety protocols while completing tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general carpentry
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position. As an Own Visa/Urgent job opportunity, we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Location:
This job is located in Akron, Ohio. While preference will be given to local candidates, we are open to considering candidates who are willing to relocate.
