As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks at our residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and other areas as needed.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with appliances, furniture, and equipment.
- Perform painting, carpentry, and other general repair tasks.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed.
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
