Handyman
Our contracting company in Akron is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and furniture
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per week. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Akron but may require occasional travel to other nearby cities.
