We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Akron, USA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles, excellent time management and multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as managing schedules, arranging meetings, organizing files and documents, and providing general support to the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with project management tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have a working knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office and be comfortable using various office equipment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
