Job Title: Loader Operator


We are currently hiring for a Loader Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and loading materials onto trucks or other vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including loaders and forklifts, to load materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Ensure proper placement and distribution of materials on vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as checking fluids and replacing worn parts
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when operating machinery
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in construction or related industries
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $1000 per week. We also provide accommodation for our employees if needed. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
