Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales activities for the hotel, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the hotel
- Create and present regular sales reports to upper management
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for business growth
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1400/month + commission on sales
