A renowned bakery in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team of talented bakers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and has a strong attention to detail.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality bread, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have a thorough understanding of baking techniques and be able to follow recipes accurately. The ideal candidate will also have experience creating new and innovative baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings following established recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and timing
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, toppings, or icings
- Create new and unique baked goods to add to the bakery's menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet the bakery's standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Creative thinking skills to develop new recipes and products
- Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Flexibility with working hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
