Finisher Assistant


As a Finisher Assistant, you will work closely with our team of finishers to provide support in completing high-quality finishes on various projects. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in painting, staining, and varnishing techniques, as well as knowledge of different types of wood and finishes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist finishers in preparing surfaces for finishing, such as sanding and filling in imperfections
- Apply paint, stain, and varnish using proper techniques
- Ensure quality control by carefully inspecting finished products for any flaws or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of wood and finishes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (with accommodation provided)

Salary: $1700/month (with potential for growth)
