Executive Chef - African Cuisine (Part-time)
As an Executive Chef specializing in African cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality, authentic dishes that represent the diverse and flavorful tastes of Africa. You will work part-time in our restaurant located in Ar Rumaythiyah, showcasing your culinary skills and passion for African cuisine.
Your main duties will include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of dishes. You must have a strong understanding of traditional African ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles. Your creativity and innovation will be key in developing new and exciting dishes to add to our menu.
As an Executive Chef, you must have excellent leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff. You should also possess strong organizational abilities to maintain inventory levels, create budgets, and ensure food safety standards are met. Additionally, you must have a keen eye for detail to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef specializing in African cuisine. A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
