As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Research and recommend new materials, techniques, and technologies for construction projects
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
- Review plans and make necessary revisions based on client feedback or project requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent design skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
