Head Chef

We are in search of an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating unique and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen staff. Responsibilities will include planning and developing menus, managing inventory, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. The Head Chef must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and have excellent time management skills. The successful candidate will also have experience in cost control and budgeting to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently. A minimum of 5 years experience as a chef, preferably in a leadership role, is required for this position. Knowledge of international cuisine is highly desirable.
