Office Assistant - English Speaking
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, KSA. As an English-speaking Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting and must be fluent in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate parties
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working in an office environment
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
