We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing land and construction surveys to gather data for various projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting topographic and boundary surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collecting and analyzing data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Preparing legal descriptions and land surveying documents
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Performing quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying tools and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
