Construction Manager vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and progress
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
