Construction Manager for Al-Khor, Qatar



We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Khor, Qatar. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall planning, organization, and implementation of our projects. This position requires a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
