Waiter/Waitress for a Restaurant in Bayan



We are seeking an experienced and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a restaurant in Bayan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders, and serve food and drinks
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and any menu changes
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly to the correct tables
- Answer any customer questions or concerns about the menu or restaurant
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Set up tables and ensure they are clean and properly set for each customer
- Assist with cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly
- Process payments from customers using cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month plus tips
