Our welding company in Salalah is seeking a skilled and experienced welder to join our team on a full-time basis. As a welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts and fabricate structures according to specifications. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient in various types of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Salalah.
