Wedding Planner

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings for our clients in Al-Rayyan. Your main goal will be to ensure that each wedding is executed flawlessly, exceeding the expectations of our clients. You will work closely with vendors, venue staff, and other wedding professionals to create a memorable and stress-free experience for the happy couple.

Your duties will include meeting with clients to understand their vision for their special day, creating detailed timelines and budgets, selecting and booking vendors, managing guest lists and RSVPs, and overseeing the setup and execution of the wedding. You will also be responsible for handling any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred. The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. As this position involves working with clients from India, fluency in English is required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided as part of this role.
