Office Assistant in Bayan, Kuwait
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily schedule and appointments of the office
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and file documents, including confidential ones
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills
