Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant in our company, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team. Your role will involve managing office tasks such as organizing files, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing basic bookkeeping duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, as well as assisting with various projects and tasks as needed.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping skills are also required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organizing files, documents, and records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Assisting with special projects or tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic bookkeeping skills (data entry, invoicing, expense tracking)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail
Salary: $1300 per month
