We are looking for a qualified and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a contract ESL teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans and activities for students of various levels and ages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching English and the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and activities that are suitable for students' level and age
- Deliver engaging lessons that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan lessons and activities
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and incorporate them into lessons
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL to students of various levels and ages
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of current ESL teaching methods and resources
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs
- Strong classroom management skills
- Comfortable using technology in the classroom
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend classes
Our school offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with opportunities for professional development. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
