Indian Office Clerk in Medina
We are seeking a reliable and organized Indian Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with their inquiries
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory levels
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proven work experience as an Office Clerk or similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: 1400$ per month
