Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their desired results through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting fitness assessments and consultations to determine client's fitness level, goals, and needs
- Designing customized workout plans that target specific areas of improvement
- Instructing clients on proper exercise techniques and use of equipment
- Monitoring client's progress and adjusting workout plans accordingly
- Providing guidance on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes to support fitness goals
- Motivating and encouraging clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
- Maintaining a clean and safe workout environment for clients
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the field
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to adapt workout plans for different fitness levels and limitations
- Basic understanding of injury prevention techniques
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, children, pregnant women, etc.
- Knowledge of alternative training methods such as yoga or Pilates
- Bilingual (English/Bulgarian)
