Smelter Operator

The Smelter Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This role is based in Dubrovnik and offers a competitive salary of 1500$. As a full time position, the Smelter Operator must be able to commit to regular working hours and have the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating smelting equipment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
