Job Title: Smelter Operator in Dubrovnik


We are seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to extract metals from ore and other raw materials. This is a full-time position, open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate smelting equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor smelting processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Analyze samples of materials being processed to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Smelter Operator or similar role in industrial setting
- Strong understanding of smelting processes and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurement conversions and calculations
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
