We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, and analyzing sales trends to make strategic merchandising decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail industry, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for design. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays that align with company standards and brand image
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained by monitoring stock levels and reordering as needed
- Collaborate with buying teams to develop merchandising strategies based on sales trends and customer demand
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors' products
- Utilize sales data to make strategic decisions on product placement and pricing
- Train store staff on product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques
- Attend trade shows and buying trips to source new products and suppliers
- Monitor the performance of products and make recommendations for markdowns or promotions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail merchandising or buying
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
