Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure budget goals are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials that will appeal to customers
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide feedback as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule - must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1400 USD per month

This is a contract job with potential for full-time employment. Candidates from African or Egyptian nationality who are fluent in English are encouraged to apply. Freshers with relevant education or experience will also be considered.
