Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Al-Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and profitability of the restaurant. You should have excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining cleanliness
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency of the restaurant
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, menu knowledge, and company policies
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait (open to applicants of any nationality)
