Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a seasonal manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian language is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Bulgaria (visa sponsorship available)
- Must be a student or recent graduate (preferably studying hospitality or related field)
