Sales Manager - Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This position is open to Egyptian nationals with a valid work visa in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products/services
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes for maximum efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Gulf region
- Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with CRM software is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. It is suitable for candidates who have their own valid work visa in Qatar.
