Entry Level Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a motivated and driven Entry Level Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail. This position is perfect for an Indian national looking for an English speaking job with a contract, free visa and ticket, and no experience or accommodation required. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Promote company products and services to potential clients
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to reach sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing market conditions

Salary: 1600$ per month
