Merchandiser Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser Assistant in Lom, Bulgaria. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as you assist our experienced merchandisers in ensuring the proper placement and presentation of products in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with merchandisers to ensure all products are correctly placed and displayed according to company guidelines
- Assist with setting up displays, shelves, and other promotional materials in stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to merchandisers
- Conduct routine store visits to check product placement and identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement
- Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of company products, merchandising strategies, and retail industry trends

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary – we will provide on-the-job training!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not required – must be able to commute between multiple store locations within the city of Lom
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (e.g. email, internet) are a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
