Administrative Manager - Dukhan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company in Dukhan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in managing administrative tasks and supervising staff. As an administrative manager, you will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, implementing policies and procedures, handling budgets and finances, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company in Dukhan. Salary is competitive at $900 per month with additional benefits including free visa and ticket. This position is open to English-speaking candidates from all nationalities. Freshers are welcome to apply.

As an Administrative Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily administrative operations such as maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Managing budgets and finances, including preparing financial reports, monitoring expenses, and approving purchase orders
- Supervising administrative staff members, assigning tasks, providing guidance and support when needed
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to the company's operations
- Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Handling employee matters such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintaining accurate records of all administrative activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with fluency in English
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate staff members towards achieving common goals
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
